A Florida-licensed EMT crew picks you up at the hospital room, walks you out, and drives you home in our own fleet of wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory vehicles. No third-party hand-off.

02 / In-home clinical care

An EMT at your door.
A clinician in the room.

Within 48 hours of discharge, an EMT returns to your home with a tablet. A licensed PA or NP joins by video for the assessment, medication review, and the conversation the hospital didn't have time for.
